We were honoured to be appointed as the principal contractor for the BMW Hams Hall Metallurgy Lab, where we provided a complete turnkey solution encompassing the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of the laboratory's Lab Fume Cabinet Ventilation System.
Our team of skilled HVAC engineers successfully executed the supply and installation of an ATEX-rated system, meticulously designed to service the lab's fume cabinets.
This project involved the deployment of a new extraction fan system, complete with associated PPS ductwork services and controls. Given the sensitive nature of a live laboratory environment, we ensured that our meticulous planning and detailed execution mitigated any disruption to ongoing operations.
Through our dynamic engineered solutions, we demonstrated our capacity to deliver a complex COSHH compliant scheme on time and within budget, much to the satisfaction of the client and stakeholders involved. The project was delivered in October 2024, with a programme of work spanning 3-4 weeks.
